* Prevention and treatment of infections caused by gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria e.g. Pullorum disease, Fowl Typhoid, Intestinal infections, Omphalitis etc.

* Vitamin deficiency during and after stress.

* For the prevention and treatment of enteritis in piglets.
