Vettech Solutions Ltd – Agent & Distributor Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Vettech Solutions Ltd (“the Company”) and all approved Agents/Distributors (“the Partner”). By applying and registering as an Agent or Distributor on our platform, you agree to abide by the following rules and obligations:

1. Appointment & Representation

1.1. The Partner is appointed as an authorized Agent/Distributor of Vettech Solutions Ltd.
1.2. The Partner shall represent the Company faithfully and professionally across Nigeria.
1.3. The Partner shall sell only genuine products supplied by the Company.

2. Sales & Product Handling

2.1. All Company products must be displayed and sold in the Partner’s store/outlet.
2.2. Prices of products must remain uniform nationwide as set by the Company.
2.3. No Partner shall sell above or below the approved price to ensure fairness and market stability.

3. Financial Obligations

3.1. The Partner must remit all payments from sales to the Company on a weekly basis.
3.2. The Company will provide an official account where remittances must be made.
3.3. No debt or outstanding payment shall exceed two (2) weeks. Persistent default may lead to suspension or termination of partnership.

4. Customer Service & Referrals

4.1. Customers referred by the Company to the Partner must be treated with respect, dignity, and care.
4.2. The Partner must ensure prompt service and uphold the reputation of the Company.
4.3. Any complaints from customers must be addressed immediately and reported to the Company.

5. Digital Account Management

5.1. Each Partner will be provided with a unique account on the Company’s platform.
5.2. The Partner must regularly update sales, stock records, and transactions on the platform.
5.3. Misrepresentation of records or failure to update may result in penalties or termination.

6. Compliance & Regulations

6.1. The Partner must abide by all rules, policies, and operational guidelines issued by the Company.
6.2. Any breach of these Terms may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
6.3. The Company reserves the right to review, amend, or update these Terms at any time, with notice to the Partners.

7. Termination

7.1. The Company may terminate the agreement if:

The Partner fails to remit funds as required.

The Partner is involved in fraudulent or unethical practices.

The Partner brings disrepute to the Company’s brand.
7.2. Upon termination, the Partner must settle all outstanding obligations immediately.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
