1. Booking and Service Access

Booking a veterinary doctor through the Vettech Solutions Ltd platform is free of charge for clients.

Clients must provide accurate information during booking to ensure smooth service delivery.

Clients are encouraged to renew their bookings promptly to maintain service continuity and allow other vets opportunities to practice.

2. Respect for Veterinary Doctors

All clients must treat veterinary doctors with respect and professionalism.

Harassment, molestation, abuse, or any form of misconduct towards a veterinary doctor is strictly prohibited.

Vettech Solutions Ltd reserves the right to take legal action against any client found guilty of harassing or endangering a veterinary doctor.

3. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement or dissatisfaction, clients must report the matter directly to Vettech Solutions Ltd.

Clients must not attempt to resolve disputes with doctors directly in a manner that may cause conflict or damage reputations.

The Company will intervene to mediate disputes fairly and professionally.

4. Responsibilities of Clients

Clients must ensure their availability for scheduled appointments.

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule, they must notify Vettech Solutions Ltd promptly.

Clients are expected to provide a safe and conducive environment for doctors during visits.

5. Suspension and Termination of Access

Vettech Solutions Ltd reserves the right to suspend or permanently block any client who:

Harasses or abuses veterinary doctors.

Repeatedly fails to honor bookings.

Violates these Terms and Conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vettech Solutions Ltd acts solely as a connector between clients and veterinary doctors.

While we ensure only licensed professionals are listed, the Company is not directly liable for medical outcomes or treatment decisions.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a veterinary doctor through our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Vettech Solutions Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with updates posted on the platform.
