1. Eligibility

1.1 Application is open to all eligible persons across all zones in Nigeria.
1.2 Applicants must be graduates with relevant experience in their field of interest.
1.3 Each Applicant must provide two (2) credible guarantors, who must:

Be civil servants.

Be graduates from a recognized institution.

Provide valid identification and verifiable employment records.

2. Business Support

2.1 The Company shall provide guidance in preparing a comprehensive business plan for the Applicant.
2.2 The Company may connect Applicants with financial institutions, cooperatives, and other relevant platforms to access funding facilities.
2.3 The Applicant understands that the Company is not a direct lender, but a facilitator and consultant.

3. Obligations of the Applicant

3.1 The Applicant agrees to:

Provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.

Abide by all rules, policies, and regulations of the Company.

Use the facilities, funding, and resources strictly for the approved business purposes.
3.2 The Applicant shall not engage in fraud, diversion of funds, or any unlawful practices.

4. Obligations of the Guarantors

4.1 Guarantors confirm that they know the Applicant personally and can vouch for their credibility.
4.2 Guarantors agree to take responsibility for the Applicant’s conduct and financial obligations.
4.3 In the event of default by the Applicant, the Guarantors agree to be held jointly and severally liable.

5. Default & Legal Action

5.1 In case of failure to meet repayment obligations, misuse of funds, or breach of this Agreement:

The Applicant shall be held liable for immediate repayment of all outstanding obligations.

The Company reserves the right to take legal action against the Applicant and their Guarantors.

The Applicant and Guarantors shall bear all legal costs incurred during recovery.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

6.1 The Applicant consents to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information for verification and processing.
6.2 All information provided shall be kept confidential and used only for business-related purposes.

7. Termination

7.1 The Company reserves the right to reject or terminate an application/engagement if:

False or misleading information is provided.

The Applicant or Guarantors fail verification checks.

The Applicant breaches any terms of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
8.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nigeria
