Terms and Conditions for Veterinary Doctors on Vettech Solutions Ltd Platform

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the registration and participation of veterinary doctors (“Doctor” or “You”) on the Vettech Solutions Ltd platform . By registering, you agree to the following:

1. Registration

Registration on the platform is free.

Only licensed veterinary doctors duly registered with the Veterinary Council of Nigeria (VCN) are eligible.

Proof of professional qualification and registration may be requested during onboarding.

2. Subscription Fee

A mandatory subscription fee of ₦5,000 per month applies to remain active on the platform.

If no client is connected to the Doctor within a subscription month, the fee shall be carried over and credited to the next month.

Doctors may qualify for an automatic monthly subscription waiver if they successfully introduce a paying client/customer to Vettech Solutions Ltd.

3. Client Connection and Service Delivery

Vettech Solutions Ltd will connect Doctors with clients for private practice opportunities.

Once a Doctor accepts a client assignment, they must attend to the client promptly and professionally.

If a Doctor is unable to attend, they must notify Vettech Solutions Ltd immediately to avoid penalties or removal from the platform.

4. Code of Conduct

Doctors must uphold the highest professional standards when dealing with clients.

Bullying, misconduct, or any action that tarnishes the reputation of Vettech Solutions Ltd is strictly prohibited.

Doctors are required to respect clients and maintain confidentiality at all times.

5. Suspension and Termination

Vettech Solutions Ltd reserves the right to suspend, ban, or permanently remove any Doctor:

If found guilty of unprofessional conduct.

If reported by clients for misconduct.

If they fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

6. Environment and Availability

Doctors must be willing to work within their local environment or service area.

Doctors are responsible for ensuring availability for assignments they accept.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vettech Solutions Ltd acts only as a connector between clients and Doctors and is not liable for the outcome of services rendered by the Doctor.

Doctors remain fully responsible for their professional decisions, actions, and treatments provided.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and paying the subscription fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Vettech Solutions Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with updates posted on the platform.
