Indication

CEPHAXIN W.S.P is indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections caused by cephalexin-sensitive organisms affecting the respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive systems in poultry, calves, lambs, and pigs. It is effective against E. coli, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and Salmonella species, promoting faster recovery and improved productivity.

Dosage & Administration

Administer orally through drinking water. The recommended dose is 10–20 mg of cephalexin per kg body weight daily for 3–5 days, or 1 g per 2–3 L of water, depending on the severity of infection. Provide medicated water as the only drinking source during treatment and prepare a fresh solution daily.
