Indication:
VV-Chymosin is used as a milk-coagulating enzyme for cheese production, ensuring efficient curd formation and high-quality yield.
Dosage & Usage:
Use 1–2 ml per 10 liters of milk or as recommended, adjusting according to milk type and desired firmness. Dilute in water before mixing with milk.
Composition:
Each ml contains Chymosin (Rennin) 1,000 IMCU.
